The data will be processed for:
- conclude and perform the contract concluded with the Administrator and make the necessary settlements in connection with its conclusion, and the legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 paragraph. The data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: RODO), as it is necessary for the performance of the contract with you. Data for this purpose will be processed for the time necessary to conclude and then execute the contract and then for the time necessary to demonstrate the correct performance of the resulting obligations until the expiration of the statute of limitations for claims;
- to perform the Administrator’s statutory obligations, in particular tax and accounting, and the legal basis for processing is Art. 6 paragraph. 1 c of the RODO, as it is necessary for the execution of the Administrator’s legal obligations arising, among others, from the Accounting Act of September 29, 1994 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 351 as amended), the Corporate Income Tax Act of February 15, 1992 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 865 as amended) – for the period resulting from the indicated legal regulations, in particular until the expiration of the statute of limitations for tax liabilities (as a rule, this will be 5 years, counting from the beginning of the year following the fiscal year in which the deadline for payment of tax related to the service provided expired);
- determine, assert or defend against claims, and the legal basis for processing is Art. 6 paragraph. 1 lit. F of the RODO, as it is necessary for the realization of the Administrator’s legitimate interest with the same content – for the duration of the statute of limitations for claims related to cooperation with you by the Company,
- building relationships and image, including maintaining contact with customers and communicating to the public or third parties about the Administrator’s cooperation with you, and the legal basis for processing is Art. 6 paragraph. 1 lit. F of the RODO, as it is necessary to realize the Administrator’s legitimate interest, which is the realization of the Administrator’s PR activities and building the Administrator’s brand on the market – for the duration of the cooperation between you and the Administrator and the time in which providing information about the existing cooperation will positively affect the Administrator’s image building, no longer than until you raise a legitimate objection to further processing,
- to send information about the Administrator’s offerings, and the legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 paragraph. 1 lit. F of the RODO, as it is necessary for the realization of the Administrator’s legitimate interest in the form of sales of its own services – until you raise a legitimate objection to their processing or express your lack of interest in the offers made by the Company, but no longer than for the duration of the cooperation between you and the Company and the period of your probable interest in the Company’s services in the future.
The data of persons acting on your behalf (employees, associates) will be processed for the purposes indicated in points. 2-5 above and for the purpose of contacting you through your employees or associates, which is the legitimate interest of the administrator in the form of maintaining ongoing contact with the Company’s customers for the duration of the relationship between you and the administrator.
You have the right to access, rectify, request erasure of your data, as well as the right to restrict processing, the right to portability and to object to the processing of your data.
In addition, you have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, if, in your opinion, your data is processed in violation of the principles of personal data protection.
Recipients of your personal data may be: companies in the Transition Technologies group of companies in the event that in another company in the group is necessary for the execution of the contract concluded with you, IT providers, hosting, accounting service providers, financial and legal advisors.
The administrator does not plan to transfer your personal data to recipients outside the EEA, i.e. to third countries
In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Inspector of Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw.
No automated decision-making, including profiling, will take place in connection with the processing of your personal data.
The provision of your personal data is voluntary, but it is a condition for the conclusion of an agreement and may be a condition for its proper execution, and their failure to do so will prevent you from concluding an agreement with the Company and the execution of services by the Administrator. Providing personal data for the purpose of sending information about the Administrator’s offer is voluntary and refusal to provide it will not entail any consequences for you.
